Authorities in Marshall County have identified a man whose body was found in his home on Sunday. The Coroner’s Office reported that 73-year-old Brent Alison Jenkins was discovered inside his residence in Union Grove.
Deputies from the sheriff’s office responded to a welfare check at an address on Mill Hollow Road around 5:45 p.m. Upon entering the home, they found Jenkins, who was pronounced dead at the scene. According to the coroner’s office, there are no signs of foul play, but the investigation remains ongoing, with assistance from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office and the Alabama Department of Forensic Science – Huntsville Laboratory.
