The incident took place at the intersection of Swan Drive and Pinecrest Drive, where Willis was driving west in a residential area when her vehicle collided with a tree.
Despite being taken to the hospital along with her two children, who sustained injuries in the crash, Willis was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
