Fatal Colorado Springs motorcycle crash death of Kevin Bland – Obituary.
Kevin Bland, 43, was killed after being ejected from his motorcycle in a single-vehicle crash in southeast Colorado Springs. The incident occurred just after 2 a.m. on August 3 at the intersection of Murray Boulevard and Galley Road.
According to police, Bland’s motorcycle collided with construction barrels and a traffic trailer, causing him to be thrown from the bike. Despite receiving aid from a witness and being transported to the hospital with serious injuries, Bland remained in critical condition until he passed away on August 10.
The Colorado Springs Police Department continues to investigate the crash and has suggested that alcohol may have been a contributing factor.
