Fatal Beaver Dam crash death of Jeremy Block – Obituary
Jeremy Block, a 45-year-old man from Palmyra, Wisconsin, has been identified as the victim of a two-vehicle accident that occurred on Saturday night in Beaver Dam. Block was driving a black 2009 Cadillac CTS when he lost control, running off County Road G and crashing into a tree after veering into a private driveway.
Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene. The other vehicle involved was parked and unoccupied. Authorities believe excessive speed may have contributed to the crash, which remains under investigation by the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office.
