Shawn Spiker dies in fatal Waterbury, VT shooting
Fatal Waterbury shooting death of Shawn Spiker – Obituary
Shawn Spiker, 34, of Croydon, New Hampshire, was killed in a shooting that took place in Waterbury, Vermont, on Monday. The Vermont State Police confirmed that Spiker died from multiple gunshot wounds, and his death has been classified as a homicide by the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office in Burlington.
A second victim, Michael S. Perry, 57, of Waterbury, was also shot and remains in stable condition at UVM Medical Center. The incident occurred at Kneeland Flats Trailer Park, where officers responded to a call early Monday morning. Authorities have not yet identified a suspect, but they do not believe either victim was the shooter.
The investigation remains ongoing.
