A tragic incident occurred on Tuesday night in Waukegan, Illinois, resulting in the death of 30-year-old Kassandra Fajardo-Rodriguez. At approximately 10:30 p.m., police responded to a crash report involving a pedestrian in the 1500 block of Grand Avenue.
Upon arrival, officers discovered Fajardo-Rodriguez had been struck by multiple vehicles in the roadway. She was transported to Vista Medical Center East, where she succumbed to her injuries despite receiving medical attention. An autopsy conducted the following day confirmed that Fajardo-Rodriguez died from blunt force injuries sustained in the incident.
