Fatal single-vehicle crash outside of Selma death of Nina N. Mims – Obituary
In a tragic incident on Friday night, 27-year-old Nina N. Mims from Oxford was killed in a single-vehicle accident in Dallas County. The crash occurred around 11:30 p.m. on Alabama State Route 22, approximately 13 miles west of Selma, at the 36-mile marker. According to state troopers, Mims was driving a 2009 Honda Pilot when her vehicle left the road, struck a tree, and subsequently caught fire. Unfortunately, she was pronounced dead at the scene. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division is conducting an investigation into the accident, with further details yet to be released.
