Fatal Storey County crash death of Jimmy Rumelhart – Obituary
On October 14, a tragic wrong-way accident on USA Parkway in Storey County resulted in the death of an 82-year-old man from Antioch, California. Jimmy Rumelhart was driving his 2000 Toyota Tundra northbound in the southbound lanes near mile marker 3 when he collided head-on with a 2023 Toyota 4Runner.
Both drivers were transported to Renown Regional Medical Center for treatment. Unfortunately, Rumelhart succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital, according to Nevada State Police.
