David J. Knausdorf, a 26-year-old resident of Henrietta, has been identified as the victim who tragically died in a two-vehicle crash in Parma, New York, on the night of November 1, 2024. The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office reported that the accident occurred around 8 p.m. on Clarkson Parma Townline Road, where both vehicles collided after striking a deer in the roadway.
Knausdorf was the sole occupant of the southbound vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. In a statement, Deputy Brendan Hurley extended condolences to Knausdorf’s family during this difficult time. The second vehicle involved sustained damage, but its two occupants were unharmed. The sheriff’s office confirmed that no charges will be filed in relation to the incident.
