Fatal Daviess County, Kentucky crash death of Bobbie Sanchez – Obituary
Bobbie Sanchez, 40, was tragically killed in a single-vehicle crash on Highway 144 in Daviess County on November 6, 2024. The crash occurred around 8:45 p.m. when Sanchez, driving eastbound, was passing other vehicles at a high rate of speed. Losing control, Sanchez’s vehicle veered off the road and struck a ditch. Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but Sanchez was pronounced dead by the Daviess County Coroner’s Office. There were no other passengers in the vehicle. The crash prompted a closure of the road from the US 60 Bypass to Highway 405, which was reopened around 11 p.m. Authorities are continuing their investigation.
