Mary-Anne Grech, 46, from Deer Park, tragically passed away after a piece of metal struck her windscreen on the M80 Ring Road at St Albans on Thursday, November 7, 2024. The metal, which was later identified as a Riv-Nail driver system, fell from a vehicle ahead of her, causing the fatal crash.
