Fatal Glen Burnie hit-and-run death of Edward Broseker Jr. – Obituary

Edward Broseker Jr., a 35-year-old man without a permanent address, was fatally struck by a driver who fled the scene near an I-695 on-ramp in Glen Burnie. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 10, when police were called to Ritchie Highway by the interstate on-ramp following reports of a man lying in the roadway.

 

When first responders arrived, they found Broseker, who was pronounced dead at the scene by Anne Arundel Fire Department personnel. Investigators have not yet identified any witnesses, and there is currently no information available regarding the driver or vehicle involved in the fatal crash. The Anne Arundel County Police continue to investigate.
