BOSTON, MA — Jose Alberto Feliz, 28, was identified as the victim in a deadly shooting that took place in Hyde Park on Friday afternoon, according to the Boston Police Department. Feliz was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds at around 1:14 p.m. at 204 Garfield Ave., where he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The suspect, identified as Isaiah Trevon Smith, also 28 and from Hyde Park, has been charged with murder along with several firearms-related offenses. Smith is scheduled to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court on Tuesday morning.
