Nelson Dario Vazquez Sosa, a 28-year-old man from Lewisville, tragically lost his life in a single-vehicle crash last Thursday afternoon. The incident occurred on the I-35E frontage road, just north of Main Street, when police believe the driver may have lost control due to excessive speed and wet road conditions, causing his vehicle to strike a concrete wall. Authorities pronounced Sosa dead at the scene, and his cause of death was determined to be blunt force trauma. The crash is still under investigation.
