Fatal I-35 wrong-way crash death of Paul Jacques – Obituary
Paul Jacques, 91, of Burnsville, Minnesota, was tragically killed in a wrong-way crash on I-35 near Ankeny, Iowa, on Thursday, November 7, 2024. Jacques was driving a Chevy Impala northbound in the southbound lanes of I-35 when he collided with a Toyota Highlander driven by Hubert Morris, 78, of Ankeny. Morris’s vehicle was sent airborne and struck by another vehicle, a Toyota Sequoia. Jacques was transported to Mercy Hospital but succumbed to his injuries. Morris was also hospitalized. The Iowa State Patrol is investigating the incident.
