Blanca Jesenia Hernandez Portocarrero, a 28-year-old woman from Marshfield, Wisconsin, was found deceased along State Highway 13 in the Township of Hackett on November 3, 2024. The Price County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that her death is being investigated as a result of a domestic violence incident. Initial investigations revealed that Hernandez Portocarrero was killed in the City of Marshfield. Following an extensive investigation, Marshfield Police arrested a 38-year-old man on November 11, 2024, in connection to her death. The suspect is currently facing charges of suspicion of 1st-degree intentional homicide. The investigation continues with assistance from multiple law enforcement agencies.
