Fatal McKinney shooting death of Kajarryawn Mack and Lamarrya Ransem – Obituary
Two brothers, 17-year-old Kajarryawn Mack and 22-year-old Lamarrya Ransem, were fatally shot on Saturday, November 9, 2024, in McKinney. Police responded to calls of gunfire near Chestnut Street and Colorado Street at around 5:50 p.m. Upon arrival, they found the brothers with gunshot wounds.
Despite efforts from bystanders to assist them, both brothers died at local hospitals. Police have arrested two individuals in connection with the shooting but have not released their identities or charges. The investigation is ongoing.
