Fatal Northeast D.C. shooting death of Dashane Judd – Obituary

Dashane Judd, a 31-year-old man with no fixed address, has been identified as the victim of a deadly shooting in Northeast Washington, D.C., on Thursday morning.

 

The Metropolitan Police Department reported that officers responded to the 1500 block of Benning Road shortly after 6:15 a.m. on November 14, following a report of an unconscious person. Upon arrival, they discovered Judd suffering from a gunshot wound.

 

He was pronounced dead at the scene, and his body was transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for further examination.

 

Authorities are seeking assistance from the public in their investigation. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact MPD at 202-727-9099 or provide tips anonymously via text to 50411.
