Authorities have identified 33-year-old Dell James Felstet of Watertown as the victim of a tragic SUV crash that occurred southwest of town.
The accident happened Saturday morning around 9:30 when the westbound SUV veered off the road, overturned, and ended up in a slough, resting on its roof. Felstet was pronounced dead at the scene.
