Fatal Anderson County motorcycle crash death of Michael Cruz Thrasher – Obituary

A 24-year-old man, Michael Cruz Thrasher of Williamston, South Carolina, was killed in a motorcycle crash on Friday evening. The incident occurred just after 7 p.m. on Highway 20 near Sheppard Road, close to the Cheddar Fire Department.

 

Thrasher, who was wearing a helmet, was traveling southeast on Highway 20 when an SUV turned into his path, resulting in a collision. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

 

The South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Anderson County Coroner’s Office are continuing to investigate the crash.
