Fatal Boston stabbing death of Celia Simmons – Obituary

Celia Simmons, a 65-year-old Boston resident, was tragically killed in a stabbing incident at Ramsey Park on Saturday afternoon.

 

Boston police responded to a report of a stabbing at approximately 12:48 p.m. at 1917 Washington Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Simmons suffering from multiple stab wounds.

 

Emergency medical services provided immediate aid at the scene and transported Simmons to a nearby hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.

 

Authorities are actively investigating the case and have asked anyone with information to contact the Boston Police Homicide Unit at 617-343-4470.
