Fatal North Highlands, California pedestrian accident death of Vernon Foeller – Obituary
A 58-year-old man, identified as Vernon Foeller, tragically lost his life after being struck by a vehicle early Saturday morning in Sacramento County. The accident occurred around 5:29 a.m. at the intersection of Watt Avenue and Roseville Road in North Highlands. Foeller, who was in a wheelchair at the time of the incident, was hit by a vehicle. The driver, a man in his late 40s, remained at the scene and was found not to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The identity of the victim was initially withheld, but on Monday, the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office confirmed it was Foeller. The investigation is ongoing.
