Isaac James Palacio, 24, tragically lost his life early Sunday morning after being struck by a vehicle near the intersection of Interstate 5 and East Cypress Avenue in Redding, California. The incident occurred around 5:45 a.m. on November 17, when a deputy coroner investigator responded to the scene of the crash. Emergency personnel pronounced Palacio dead at the location.
The California Highway Patrol, along with the Shasta County Coroner’s Office, is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the fatal collision.
