Fatal Southeast Dallas shooting death of Daniel Alexander Reyes – Obituary

In the early morning hours of November 19, 2024, Dallas Police were called to a residence in the 3800 block of Lovingood Drive after reports of gunfire. Upon arriving at the southeast Dallas location around 1:10 a.m., officers found 26-year-old Daniel Alexander Reyes inside the home with a gunshot wound.

 

Emergency responders from Dallas Fire and Rescue attempted to assist, but Reyes was declared deceased at the scene. Authorities have yet to identify a suspect, and the investigation into the tragic incident is ongoing.
