The Minneapolis Police Department has identified Hussanee Abdul-Malik Harris, 23, as the victim of a fatal shooting that took place on Monday, November 25, 2024.
Harris was shot in the back outside the Full Stop Gas & Food station at 1818 Lowry Ave. N. in north Minneapolis around 11:45 a.m. He was pronounced dead later that day at North Memorial Health Hospital.
According to police, the shooting occurred after a confrontation between Harris and another individual, though no arrests have been made at this time. The location, known for ongoing criminal activity, has seen multiple incidents involving firearms and violence over the years.
