Fatal Lexington shooting death of Gregory Lawrence Williams – Obituary

Authorities have identified 35-year-old Gregory Lawrence Williams of Warren, Michigan, as the victim of a fatal shooting in Lexington on Saturday evening.

 

The Fayette County Coroner reported that Williams succumbed to his injuries at approximately 10:30 p.m. after being transported to the hospital. Lexington Police responded to a shots-fired call around 6:45 p.m. in the 1000 block of Chinoe Road, where they found Williams with a gunshot wound.

 

Investigators have not yet provided any details about potential suspects. Officials are urging anyone with information about the incident to contact Lexington Police at (859) 258-3600.
