On Sunday, December 1, 57-year-old Timothy Hyder was arrested in connection with the fatal shooting of his fiancée, 51-year-old Natalie Du’Mee. The incident occurred in the early morning hours after an argument at their residence on Western Sun Drive in St. Cloud. Upon responding to a report of shots fired shortly before 1 a.m., St. Cloud police discovered Du’Mee’s body on the back patio, where she was pronounced dead at the scene.

 

A handgun was found on a kitchen counter during the investigation. Hyder is cooperating with authorities, but the police have not disclosed additional details about the incident.

 

Hyder was arrested and taken to Osceola County Jail, where he is being held without bond. He faces charges of second-degree murder. The St. Cloud Police Department expressed their condolences to the victim’s family and emphasized the importance of seeking help for those facing domestic violence.
