Fatal Harlingen hit-and-run death of Richard Andrew Parmer – Obituary

Richard Andrew Parmer, a 19-year-old from Harlingen, was tragically killed in a hit-and-run incident early Friday morning. The Harlingen Police Department found him lying along Frontage Road near the 2900 block of North Expressway 77. Authorities determined that he was struck by a vehicle between 2:30 and 3 a.m., in the area between Primera Road and Wilson Road. Police are currently reviewing surveillance footage in hopes of identifying the driver responsible for the fatal crash.

 

The family of Richard Parmer shared an emotional tribute, describing him as a kind, loving individual who always prioritized others. They expressed their grief over his sudden and tragic loss and urged anyone with information about the incident to come forward.
