Fatal Perry forklift accident claims the life of Andrew Williams Morgan, 29 – Obituary

Andrew Williams Morgan, a 29-year-old from Gordon, Georgia, tragically passed away in a forklift accident on December 3, 2024, in Perry. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 127 and Woodland Boulevard, where Morgan was working with a construction company, AA Fence, on a fence installation.

 

While operating a forklift, Morgan fell from the vehicle, and one of its tires ran over him. He was transported to the Houston Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead from his injuries. Authorities, including the Perry Police Department and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, are investigating the accident. The police expressed their condolences, describing the incident as a “horrible accident.”
