Aston Looker, an 18-year-old from Sydney, tragically passed away after being found unresponsive in a pool in Bali. The former student of St Josephs College in Hunters Hill was staying in a residential complex in the village of Mengwi when he was discovered on August 22. Despite attempts to revive him, he could not be saved.
The cause of death has not been publicly released. Aston’s mother, Sydney designer Amanda Lennon, shared her heartache on social media, expressing that she misses her son “every day, every hour, every minute and every second.”
She described him as “in the arms of angels now” and remembered his “cheeky personality” and humor. Aston’s death has left his family devastated, with his mother calling the loss “too soon.”
