Fatal Pike County crash claims the life of Henson Childers, 66 – Obituary
Henson Childers, a 66-year-old resident of Jayess, Mississippi, was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Monday, December 2, 2024. The accident occurred at approximately 5:27 p.m. at the intersection of MS-570 and River Road in Pike County.
According to the Mississippi Highway Patrol, Childers was driving a 2013 Cadillac SRX eastbound on MS-570 when it collided with a 2000 Ford Expedition driven by Theron Morgan, 62, also of Jayess. The crash remains under investigation by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
