Fatal Jackson County single-vehicle crash death of Miguel Heredia – Obituary.

Miguel Heredia, 43, from Worthington, was killed in a single-vehicle crash early on December 4, 2024, in Jackson County. The accident occurred around 6:20 a.m. in Wilder Township when Heredia, driving a 2008 Ford Edge eastbound on Highway 60, lost control of the vehicle, which rolled into the south ditch.

Heredia was not wearing a seatbelt, and icy road conditions were a contributing factor to the crash. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Minnesota State Patrol, along with local authorities, responded to the incident, which is still under investigation.
