Ray James Robert, a 34-year-old man, was tragically killed on November 22, 2024, after being struck by a vehicle in West El Paso. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m. at the intersection of North Festival Drive and North Mesa Street.
According to authorities, a 2015 Chevrolet Traverse, driven by a woman heading northwest on North Mesa, collided with Robert as he was crossing the street. The driver remained at the scene, and no further injuries were reported.
