Fatal Millsboro crash death of Barbara Hageman – Obituary
Barbara Hageman, 79, tragically lost her life following a three-vehicle collision near Millsboro, Delaware, on December 6, 2024.
The crash happened around 5:56 p.m. when a Ram Promaster traveling west on Coolspring Road failed to stop at the Harbeson Road intersection. The Promaster collided with the driver’s side of a southbound Nissan Sentra. Debris from the impact struck a northbound Jeep Grand Cherokee, causing minor damage.
Hageman, a passenger in the Nissan, was taken to a hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries. The driver of the Nissan, an 86-year-old man from Millsboro, sustained serious injuries and was also hospitalized.
The driver of the Promaster, a 29-year-old Salisbury, Maryland resident, suffered minor injuries but declined medical treatment. The Jeep’s driver, a 32-year-old man from Lincoln, Delaware, was unharmed.
