Fatal Fall Creek crash death of Larry Rene and Laura Frasher – Obituary
Larry Rene, 72, of Fall Creek, and Laura Frasher, 52, of Fairchild, tragically lost their lives in a two-vehicle crash on Saturday, December 7, 2024.
The collision occurred around noon on Highway 12 near Weaver’s Country Store in Fall Creek. Authorities report that Rene, driving east, crossed the centerline and collided head-on with Frasher, who was driving west. Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene, and a passenger in Frasher’s vehicle was airlifted to the hospital in stable condition.
The incident is still under investigation by the Eau Claire County Sheriff’s Office.
