Fatal Newberry Township crash death of Deborah H. Boucher – Obituary
Deborah H. Boucher, 54, of Newberry Township, tragically lost her life in a single-car crash Monday morning.
The crash occurred around 8:52 a.m. on Old Trail Road when Boucher ran a traffic light, drove over a curb, and crashed into a pole. She was not wearing a seatbelt at the time.
The York County Coroner’s Office classified her death as accidental, attributing it to blunt force trauma caused by the crash. No autopsy will be performed, but a toxicology report is underway. The cause of why Boucher left the roadway remains under investigation.
