Fatal Queensbury bicycle crash results in death of Ernest Louisaire – Obituary
The Warren County Sheriff’s Office has identified 37-year-old Ernest Louisaire from Ozone Park as the bicyclist who was killed in a collision Thursday night. The incident occurred at around 8 p.m. near the Adirondack and Lake George Outlets on State Route 9 in Queensbury.
According to investigators, Louisaire was riding his bike southbound when he was struck from behind by a Dodge Caravan, which was also heading south at the time. Louisaire was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash is still under investigation as authorities continue to gather details.
