Fatal Independence car crash death of Hunter A. Fisher – Obituary
Hunter A. Fisher, 24, of Pettis County, Missouri, tragically lost his life in a crash Thursday afternoon on Little Blue Parkway in Independence.
According to police, the crash occurred just before 1 p.m. when Fisher, driving a 2005 GMC Envoy, attempted to pass another vehicle. Fisher lost control, and the vehicle overturned. Two occupants were ejected, and Fisher was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second vehicle was involved, but its driver was unharmed. The Independence Police Department’s Crash Investigations Unit is continuing to investigate the incident.
