Fatal Redan shooting death of Brandon Banks – Obituary

Brandon Banks, a 37-year-old man, was fatally shot early Thursday morning in the Redan area of DeKalb County. The incident occurred during an argument in the 5800 block of Hallwood Court, according to local authorities.
