Salisbury police confirmed that Garcia was involved in a collision around 7:30 p.m. near Foxfire Drive. The crash occurred between a pickup truck and a Honda, with a witness describing the incident as the truck driving over the car, pushing it off the road.
Garcia’s family, including his two daughters, Cassady and Kiara, mourn his loss. His relative, Joselline Garcia, shared, “He was a devoted father who would always lend a hand to anyone in need, showing deep care for others. He was loved by many, and his kindness made him truly special. He had recently been working on growing closer to God, and despite this heartbreaking loss, we find comfort in our faith that we will see Fredy again.”
