The tragic crash that occurred in Turlock on Sunday morning claimed the lives of Daniel Lourenco, 44, his wife Jennifer Lourenco, 45, and their daughter Madelynn Lourenco, 16.

The crash happened around 9:25 a.m. on Highway 165 when a 22-year-old man driving an Infiniti at high speed collided with the family’s Jeep at an intersection. Both the driver of the Infiniti and the two adults in the Jeep died at the scene, while the teen girl was rushed to the hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.

The family was reportedly en route to church when the crash occurred. The loss has deeply affected their community, with schools offering counseling services for staff and students.
