Fatal I-15 crash death of Fernando Jimenez-Jimenez – Obituary
Fernando Jimenez-Jimenez, 31, was identified as one of the victims in a deadly wrong-way collision on Interstate 15 near Valley of Fire State Park. The Clark County Coroner’s Office confirmed that Jimenez-Jimenez died from blunt force injuries.
The crash occurred around 12:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 12. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Officer Colton Pulsipher, 29, was also killed in the accident. Pulsipher, who was off duty at the time, was traveling home to Moapa after completing his shift when his vehicle was struck.
Officer Pulsipher leaves behind a wife and three young children. His funeral services are scheduled for December 18 in Moapa.
The residence of Jimenez-Jimenez was listed as unknown, and further details about the incident remain limited at this time.
