In a tragic incident that occurred on December 8th in Fayette County, Steven Collins, 34, and his two-year-old daughter, Ryleigh, lost their lives in a fatal crash. The accident also left Wendy Bailey, 32, in critical condition, hospitalized at UAB with life-threatening injuries.
