Elisabeth Barker dies in fatal Cedar Park auto-pedestrian crash
Fatal Cedar Park pedestrian collision death of Elisabeth Barker – Obituary.
Elisabeth Barker, an 88-year-old Cedar Park resident, tragically lost her life on December 16, 2024, after being struck by a vehicle on Royal Lane near Lonestar Drive. The incident occurred around 6:23 p.m. in a poorly lit area on the west side of the road.
Authorities reported that Barker, dressed in dark clothing, was walking along the roadway when a pickup truck traveling southbound struck her. The driver, unable to see her in time, stopped at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
The Cedar Park Police Department’s Highway Enforcement Unit is continuing to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
