Fatal Dorchester County motorcycle crash death of Heather Lynn Clark – Obituary

Heather Lynn Clark, 39, of Summerville, South Carolina, tragically lost her life in a crash on Highway 61 near Middleton Place on Friday, December 20, 2024. Clark was riding her motorcycle northbound when it was struck by a 2020 Land Rover, which then collided with a Honda SUV.

Clark was pronounced dead at the scene, while six others sustained injuries.

The crash led to a road closure for several hours as authorities worked to clear the wreckage. The South Carolina Highway Patrol and Dorchester County Coroner’s Office are conducting an investigation into the incident.
