John Girardeau, 64, tragically lost his life after being struck by a vehicle on Highway 95 near Talc Road in Bullhead City on Saturday, December 14. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. as Girardeau attempted to cross the highway outside a designated crosswalk.
