Fatal Payne County motorcycle crash death of Shannon Lamb – Obituary
Shannon Lamb, a 42-year-old from Cushing, tragically died in a crash on December 17, 2024, when his Harley-Davidson motorcycle collided with a dump truck on Highway 33 near North Stiles Road, between the towns of Cushing and Perkins. According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Lamb was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash occurred around 1:25 p.m. when Lamb drifted into the left lane for unknown reasons and struck the truck. The driver of the dump truck was unharmed in the incident.
