Kristen Heber, a 22-year-old woman from Federal Way, tragically passed away following a car crash on Norpoint Way Northeast in Tacoma. According to the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office, Heber succumbed to multiple blunt-force injuries from the collision, which occurred on December 13. Her death was ruled accidental.
Emergency responders pronounced Heber dead at the scene, but she was later transported to a hospital after a doctor requested resuscitation efforts. Despite initial efforts to revive her, Heber ultimately passed away at the hospital.
Her family shared that she had chosen to donate her organs to five different recipients. The incident remains under investigation by local authorities, as confirmed by police spokesperson Shelbie Boyd.
