Canadian model and actress Dayle Haddon has tragically passed away after a suspected carbon monoxide leak at a Bucks County home.

Emergency responders were called early on Friday morning to a cottage in Solebury Township, where they found a 76-year-old man semi-conscious and quickly rushed him to the hospital.

They later discovered Haddon unconscious in a second-floor bedroom, where she was pronounced dead despite attempts to revive her.
