Fatal Muskogee hit-and-run death of Jacob Reynolds – Obituary
A 35-year-old man, Jacob Reynolds, was killed in a tragic hit-and-run accident in Muskogee, Oklahoma, on Friday evening.
Police responded to the scene at East Okmulgee Avenue and Spaulding Boulevard, where they found Reynolds, who had been struck by a vehicle. Despite receiving medical attention on-site, Reynolds was later pronounced dead at St. Francis Muskogee.
The vehicle involved in the incident fled the scene, but police, after interviewing witnesses, located the vehicle and identified 24-year-old Caleb Deshazer as the driver. Deshazer was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
